The pandemic has proven that virtual ways of working and telemedicine can work. The center-piece of my work is the early signs of a Shift to Purpose and Well-being. The author describes an expected shift of $1 trillion of the $3 trillion spent on healthcare to new players and business models; which could have devastating consequences for incumbents.
